Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $500 ship free with tracking. Below that, a $25 flat rate applies anywhere in the USA, and a $120 minimum order is required. Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on business days — see our shipping policy.
How long will my kratom order take to arrive?
Most USA orders arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking email at dispatch — help at order tracking.
How do I track my order?
Use the carrier link in your dispatch email, or sign in to My Account → Orders. If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 business hours, contact us with your order number.
Do you ship kratom to my state?
We ship everywhere in the USA where kratom is permitted — but several states and many cities/counties ban it. Check our legal map before ordering; restricted-area orders are cancelled and refunded.
Do you ship kratom to Canada?
International botanical shipping is limited and risky: Health Canada has not approved kratom for human consumption and border seizures occur. Review our Canada legality section and ask us first.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, durable outer packaging with no product images or strain names visible. Inside, powders and capsules are heat-sealed and liquids are leak-guarded. Details: shipping info.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — a $120 minimum applies at checkout (you will see a reminder in the cart if you are under it). Shipping is a $25 flat rate, free on orders over $500. A sample 2-pack plus a small powder or capsules clears the minimum easily.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to buy kratom online from your store?

What is kratom?
Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is a tropical tree in the coffee family, native to Southeast Asia. Its leaves have been traditionally used in the region for generations. We sell lab-tested leaf powder, capsules, extracts, and shots.
What’s the difference between red, green, and white vein kratom?
Vein color reflects leaf maturity: reds are mature and smooth, greens are balanced and versatile, whites are young and crisp. Most buyers rotate all three — start with samples.
Which kratom strain is best for beginners?
Most beginners start with a green (Green Malay or Green Maeng Da) or a smooth red (Bali) in a small size or sample pack. Our guides walk through first orders.
What is Maeng Da kratom?
Maeng Da (“pimp grade”) is a selectively cultivated lineage famous for robust leaves. We carry Green Maeng Da, Red Maeng Da, and White Maeng Da in powder, capsules, shots, and extracts.
Bali vs Maeng Da — what’s the difference?

How much kratom is in one capsule?

What are kratom shots?

Are your kratom products lab tested?

Is kratom legal in my state?
Kratom is not federally scheduled but is banned in several states and many cities/counties. Check our 2026 legal map and your local laws before ordering — restricted orders are cancelled.
Which states ban kratom?
Statewide bans have historically included AL, AR, IN, RI, VT, and WI, plus many local bans (e.g., San Diego, Denver, Sarasota County). Laws change — verify on our legal map.

Can I travel with kratom?
